All products at Baklava Studio are made-to-order (print-on-demand). We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color or design may occur. Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on your location and our fulfillment partners. Baklava Studio is not liable for delays caused by customs or factors beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
As all items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. For more information, see our Refund Policy.
