Refund and Return Policy

At Baklava Studio, we strive to provide you with high-quality, unique products and a smooth shopping experience. As each piece is made-to-order just for you, please read our refund and return policy carefully:

1. Damaged or Defective Products
   If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we’ve got you covered! Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send a photo and description of the issue to [contact email]. Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.

2. Lost or Undelivered Orders
   If your order is lost in transit, we’ll investigate with our shipping partners. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Please report any missing packages within four weeks of the estimated delivery date.

3. Returns for Other Reasons
   Since each item is custom-made to order, we currently do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choice, or change of mind. To ensure satisfaction with your selection, please check the product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

4. Exchanges
   We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.
